YOUR IMPACT
Your support will fund short basic research conducted by faculty members to develop models for the advancement in academic growth of the Bedan community and society.
This is a grant that aims to support a faculty researcher who intends to undertake a short basic research to develop a theory or model in a particular academic field which has a research gap and can contribute to the strategic research goal of the University.
This will also be beneficial to the development of further knowledge for the benefit of society.
This grant intends to support research of exemplar faculty members to develop impactful research to benefit the entire Bedan community.
Breakdown of fund assistance to support a research undertaking that
should be completed in one semester is as follows:
1. [50%] Upon approval of the research MRG proposal by the SBU-RDC
b. [50%] Upon submission of final report of MRG to SBU-RDC
Grant Range: Php 20,000 – Php 50,000
1. Full-time faculty member with a concrete proposal to undertake a basic research in his/her field of expertise
2. Proposal should lead to theory/model development
3. Proposal endorsement by the University Academic and Research administrators
1. Prepares a scholarly research output within a period of one semester, with the topic already approved by the SBU-RDC and the SBCAF;
2. Complies with all the related administrative requirements of the SBU-RDC; Render a progress report based on the Contract of the research undertaking to the SBU-RDC.
